This program focuses on building confidence step by step, helping you move with ease, enjoy the process, and feel comfortable in your body. We’ll start together, laugh together, and grow together. No experience is needed – just come as you are.

In 6 weeks, you’ll feel fitter, freer, and more confident on the dance floor.

What's Included

1 to 1 coaching calls  

Personal support is at the heart of this program — because confidence grows fastest when you feel supported.

Kick-Off Coaching Call (Before Week 1)

We’ll set your goals, talk through any fears, and share simple tips so you walk into your first group class feeling prepared and confident — not overwhelmed.

Mid-Program Check-In

A dedicated moment to reflect on your progress and gently work through any challenges. This call helps you stay motivated and confident as you continue.

Final Integration Call

We’ll review how far you’ve come, anchor your confidence, and help you feel proud of your growth — so you leave the program ready to keep dancing.

Library of choreographies

Exclusive access to all the routines taught in class, so you can:

  • Practice in your own time
  • Revisit moves at your own pace
  • Build confidence through repetition

This is perfect if you like to go over things slowly or want to feel more comfortable before the next class.

Up to 2 group classes per week

Beginner-friendly group classes designed to build confidence gradually in a fun, judgment-free environment.

Private WhatsApp Support

You’re never dancing alone. This private space allows you to:

  • Ask questions between classes
  • Share wins (big or small!)
  • Stay motivated and connected

Midpoint Confidence Challenge (optional)

A fun, pressure-free confidence boost halfway through the program. You’ll be invited to:

  • Record a short, joyful dance video together
  • Celebrate progress instead of perfection
  • Gently step outside your comfort zone in a supportive way

This challenge is completely optional — but incredibly powerful for building self-belief.
